The Yusra Jinaan Foundation is proud to present a series of FREE Communication Workshops, tailored to children with complex and profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), with a focus on those from Black, Asian, or minority ethnic backgrounds. 

Our aim with these workshops is to provide families with the tools, strategies, and support they need to improve communication and enhance the quality of life for both carers and children. These workshops are tailored to empower families by addressing real challenges and offering practical solutions in a supportive and understanding environment.

About the Workshops

• Who Are They For?
  These workshops are open to all parents and carers of children with disabilities, with priority given to those supporting children with PMLD and complex needs.

• What Will You Learn?
  Led by professional trainers, the sessions focus on enhancing communication skills and providing effective strategies to connect with and support children with unique needs.

• What’s Included?
  Each participant will receive a resource pack filled with helpful materials, including toys for children and resources for carers to continue the learning at home.
